Job Description
  • Building relationships with clients, showing the highest levels of Customer Care
  • Liaising with new and existing clients by phone and email
  • Meet all client Service Level Agreements
  • Assist with the administration and filing of Purchase Orders
  • Labour Scheduling
  • Assist the Operations Director with project administration to include project set ups and quotations
  • Take bookings and manage the works diary to include both private and domestic appointments
  • Complete various office admin tasks as required
