Job Description

You will be responsible for providing best practice methodology in supporting Supply chain functions. This will include carrying out and assisting in the following capabilities and responsibilities.

  • Procurement Duties
  • Demonstrate key data entry skills
  • Ensure documents are uploaded in a timely manner,
  • Review and enter data into ERP system ,
  • Review and download documents from engineering system to support buyers.
  • Be efficient and effective in Excel.
  • Input Data into key metrics to support departmental KPI’s.
  • Support a dynamic environment.
  • Develop an efficient and working process with buyers to ensure data is loaded in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will contribute to the daily role of supporting Supply Chain issues and challenges. You will be proactive with a can-do attitude and meet all these challenges in an efficient and effective manner. The successful candidate will be experienced and comfortable working in a regularly changing environment.
