Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced accountant to join a venture capital fund. You will have full responsibility for finance. Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing management accounts on a monthly basis for the 2 venture capital funds. 
• Payroll
• Managing compliance requirements as the fund is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. This work is supported by an external third party. 
• Managing investor reporting requirements – collating information and providing to investors on time
• Managing annual audits 

Candidates will be Chartered Accountants with relevant experience including ideally experience of reporting to the Central Bank.
