You will be involved within includes system support, culture and challenge, service improvement and reporting. The team's target is to deliver work which will contribute to the improvement of the corporate and departmental KPI’s.
You will be a part of delivery, looking to achieve an efficient and timely repairs service underpinned by maintenance and optimization of our digital platforms. The post holder will own the existing products and the operational design and support delivery of future improvement. You will be required to own and maintain the relationship the department has with the internal ICT team and platform vendors and facilitate all platform optimization and enhancement delivery in line with business requirements.
You will generate a wealth of strategic ideas to constantly enhance the department's digital footprint and deliver a seamless operational experience for staff.

You must have Project Administration Qualification or equivalent substantial experience.
You should have a good general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g. 2 or more A Levels/NVQ3 or verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
You would have knowledge of project administration requirements. You should have in-depth knowledge of both a housing and an asset management system and logical thought processes.
