Job Description

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller you will take a lead role in the culmination of the organisations group accounting procedures. Your duties will include:
*Full preparation of the company accounts for the group assisting Group Financial Controller with board pack presentation.
*Advise and support planned acquisitions liaising with all parties to evaluate the viability of the purchase.
*Provided continued support to any business integrations ensuring a smooth finance transition.
*Maintain the group consolidation model on a monthly basis.
*First line of assistance across senior stake holders within the organisation.
*Assist in the preparation of Group Statutory Accounts under IFRS
*Implement processes and procedures to deliver key financial information within agreed timescale's
*Liaise with auditors
*Provision of daily, weekly, monthly management information
*Continually seek to challenge and support both finance and none finance areas ensuring ambitious growth targets and revenues are achieved.

Ideally you will be:
CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
*Experienced within Financial Accounting (practice or industry), financial reporting and statutory accounts production.
*Career minded, looking to join a business that has a proven track record of internal development.
*From a practice/financial accounting background.
