Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive, confidential, and professional support to the Senior Execs
  • Manage the Senior Execs schedule to include complex diary management, inbox management and travel arrangements
  • Attend and minute the EMT meetings, track actions and prepare agendas and packs in advance
  • Ensure Senior Execs is briefed and prepared for all meetings
  • Organise key business events for the Senior Execs
  • Confident communication skills when liaising with Shareholders and external clients
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for other PAs in the business
  • Carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience acting as PA or senior administrator to senior executives ideally within an company that operates internationally
  • Diary management, travel booking and forward planning experience
  • Experience supporting on presentations
  • Experience preparing for board meetings
  • Previous experience working within a larger and fast paced commercial business across numerous time zones is desirable but non essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
