Job Description
- Create and maintain large-scale visualization dashboards that enable all areas of the programme to derive data-driven actions and insights.
- Build and maintain data sources for data visualization solutions and educate and support end-users to self-service their reporting needs
- Perform quality and validation checks of key data sources and Tableau dashboards.
- Stay up to date on developments across the data and analytics landscape and make recommendations about new technologies and ways of working.
- Develop optimal Business Intelligence strategies to satisfy short- and long-term programme needs
- Perform and document test cases
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Tableau CRM studio analytics, SQL, Data Warehouse, BI, salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau data sources and dashboards.
- Experience in manipulating and shaping large data sets for visualization, including optimizing for speed of analysis
- Problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during development.
- Good knowledge of handling databases and proficiency in SQL
