Job Description

As an Assistant Accountant, you will be working as part of a fast paced team, reporting in to a qualified accountant, responsible for assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts pack with commentary.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, assisting with forecasting and variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, posting journals such as accruals and prepayments, stock and margin analysis and KPI reporting for key internal stakeholders to assist in commercial decision making.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA or hold exemptions
• Have worked in a relevant role previously
• Have very good verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong Excel skills
