Providing robust and in-depth analysis of commercial performance; working with the wider business ensuring needs are met
Providing key financial support and insight on all major projects
Challenging and supporting sales initiatives including NPD and promotions
Managing product & customer profitability, taking ownership of sales budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk management
Being the finance point of contact for reviewing commercial decisions e.g. pricing changes
Highlighting areas of risk to the business and giving recommendations to promote future business
Review and remodel the reporting, processes and procedures to drive understanding
Supporting various business projects
Preferred Skills & Experience:
A qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with commercial finance experience
A passion for business partnering and stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment
You will need to have worked ideally in manufacturing, FMCG or retail business with high volume transactions
Strong analytically including Excel skills and knowledge of analytics software
A natural communicator comfortable speaking with non-finance managers
Able to challenge and influence
