Job Description

As Site Accountant, the role will offer a level of autonomy over the finance function.

Key duties include

- Preparation of the monthly management accountants
- Providing detailed variance analysis to management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Overseeing the purchase ledger and sales ledger clerks
- Bank account reconciliations
- Vat returns
- Supporting the budget process

The role suits a part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA ) or qualified by experience accountant, ideally with a number of years’ experience in a similar environment. Manufacturing, retail, FMCG and logistics experience are all advantageous going into this process. The business requires someone with the ability to implement strong financial control procedures and processes, provide quality reports and offer commercial acumen.
