Job Description

In this role, you will focus on driving transformational business growth through brand and performance opportunities by engaging with C-level decision-makers. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

  • Work towards strategic goals on existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering excellent experiences to agency partners and clients, establishing credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Craft data-driven pitches to showcase the insights and value company provides to clients and drive budget shifts to us across our product mix.
  • Build long-term joint business plans with agencies and strategic clients and promote through transformational agreements. Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to advertisers.
  • Mentor and help develop business team members in the organization proactively to create skill lift that drives client growth and contributes to overall team success.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology or media company.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Experience meeting strategic goals within a sales portfolio and employing sales techniques (e.g., effective questioning, objection management, competitive selling, negotiations, etc.).
  • Experience with traditional media, with a focus in television.
  • Ability to influence others through relationship building, thought leadership, and reliable solution recommendations.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations/action plans.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external audiences simultaneously.
