Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into Kellogg Sales & Operations process to ensure robust forecast accuracy
Lead the customer relationship including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit
Act as the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win externally
Work cross functionally across Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others internally to develop solutions and create plans to win
Work within a cross functional team
Manage and develop one of our biggest National Account customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong drive, winning with customers and delivering results
Experience of selling including to national accounts
Experience of customer relationship-building, JBP development, negotiation skills and account management
Ability to work well across functions both internally and externally
