This key role is responsible for delivering a proactive HR and training service across all employee life cycle events. You will co-ordinate on all aspects of recruitment activity demonstrating a proactive, first line administration support to recruiting managers, assist across training and development processes, and administer relevant employee life cycle correspondence to employees, whilst maintaining filing systems, databases, and personnel files to ensure data protection compliance.
We’re ideally looking for a CIPD member with a minimum of 2-years’ experience of HR, recruitment, and training administration, who can demonstrate professional standards whilst ensuring key compliance and audit measures are adhered to, and who always aims to exceed customer service delivery standards.
In this role, you would benefit from the flexibility to work in a hybrid way enabling you to work remotely from our office, with the expectation to attend the office in normal circumstances, a minimum of once a week. You will sometimes be expected to work full-time in the office to support ‘front of house’ duties when covering holiday and sickness.
