Job Description
You will be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L down for your portfolio of Accounts. You will take ownership of managing the strategy for your accounts, whilst also supporting the wider team. To be seen as a future leader within the wider accounts team you will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally & externally and be able to create persuasive commercial proposals to drive your business forward.
- Be building credible and collaborative working relationships with your customer / cross functional contacts
- Develop retailer centric strategies for your customer; identify joint objectives and build business plans for mutual growth
- Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations; ensuring the brands maximizes all available opportunities in store and online where appropriate
- Manage all lines of the P&L from retail sell out and gross margin to ensure delivery of key KPIs(key performance indicators) both internally & externally
- Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand
