Job Description

You will be highly organized, proactive and customer focused, able to support the management of sustainable successful contracts ensuring the expected quality is met. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Work within the team and key staff to support the smooth implementation of new contracts and projects, ensuring robust administrative processes are in place and followed.
  • Ensure an excellent customer journey for the client by being a responsive, prompt, and helpful point of contact.
  • Administer financial processes to ensure invoices are raised, payments made, and funding claims submitted.
  • Ensure effective and timely coordination of information/ data across the group and from external partners as necessary.
  • Work pro-actively to gather information and support implementation through organizing services as required.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies, providing information and collating information as required.
  • Monitor, register and issue certification as required.
  • Ensure all learner enquiries and enrolments are processed and recorded efficiently to enable effective service delivery, timely payment and certification of learners.
  • Attend external meetings and events as required, taking and promptly writing up accurate minutes/ action points as required.
  • Maintain and update the systems as required.
  • Have an aptitude to work on own initiative consistently and effectively to deliver results.
  • Register, invigilate, result, and award Health, Safety & Environment tests as per guidelines.
  • Support the Head of Construction Training Centre with tracking the destinations of learners and gathering other learner data as required for reporting purposes.
