Job Description

You will support our Claims Departments with various processes throughout the claim journey. You will primarily be raising and authorizing claims payments for Motor, Property and some Injury claims. The provision of quality customer service is crucial to the role and you will also be expected to speak with policyholders to address any queries and liaise with third party suppliers, such as loss adjusters, to gather all relevant information to progress a claim.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service with an eagerness to learn. You’ll also be able to adapt to using new systems and effectively meet challenging deadlines alongside the ability to work within a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritization is key.

Previous insurance experience is not essential as we will provide you with all the training and support you need to get you up to speed.
