You will support our Claims Departments with various processes throughout the claim journey. You will primarily be raising and authorizing claims payments for Motor, Property and some Injury claims. The provision of quality customer service is crucial to the role and you will also be expected to speak with policyholders to address any queries and liaise with third party suppliers, such as loss adjusters, to gather all relevant information to progress a claim.
This is an exciting opportunity which will provide you with a great introduction into the world of insurance and a good overview of our various Claims Departments, which may well be areas you wish to progress into in the future.
