Job Description

You’ll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will need to be confident on the phone to help build those all-important relationships. You’ll need to be highly organized with strong time management skills and be self-motivated to stay on top of your admin.

  • Sourcing new partners as and when required, ensuring that they meet the standard requirements for company
  • Negotiating competitive Partner rates for our clients
  • Negotiating the best possible commission rates
  • Negotiating the best payment terms for both parties
  • Ensuring that initial compliance paperwork, including relevant insurance documents and data transfer agreements are received and uploaded to the CRM system
  • Ensuring that the onboarding of a new partners is communicated to the rest of the Teams
  • Creating long lasting and trusting relationships with our preferred partners
  • Ensuring that all compliance documents, including relevant insurance documents are valid at all times and requesting new copies as applicable
  • Recording and maintaining all Partner information on the in-house CRM system ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge of all partners and their portfolios, facilities they offer, processes and local information
  • Overseeing the management of operational issues with our preferred partners and establishing ways in which to prevent these issues happening again
  • Acting as the escalation point to resolve any issues the team are facing for their clients
  • Working with our partners to achieve a satisfactory resolution to any issues raised by our guests
  • Ensuring that any issues are recorded appropriately on the CRM system with accurate and informative notes
  • Escalating serious concerns to the Head of Client Relations as appropriate
  • Ensuring that any concerns about a partner are communicated clearly to the rest of the Global and Sales Teams
  • To work in a way that promotes our culture of honesty, integrity and excellence, as well as fun, in all we do
  • To maintain strong communication lines with all Teams
  • Excellent time-keeping

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Numeracy
  • Self-motivated, hardworking with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm
  • IT literate: Internet browsers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), you will be trained in additional systems being OSCAR and Sugar (CRM)
