Job Description

You may already know about our brands and some of the Insurance products we offer, but in our Bristol team they focus and support customers with insurance for their businesses or home life.

You’re going to be taking calls, helping with renewals, making amendments, dealing with claims or finding the right product for their day to day life or their business. You’ll need to be a great listener; be able to adapt your approach and most importantly just be there to support our customers when they need us most.

Some days can be a little bit busy, but the team are absolutely outstanding, and we’re proud of our DLG team culture.

Our teams are available Monday to Friday between 8am-9.15pm, Saturday shift between 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm. In these roles you’ll work shifts across these days which we'll share more about during your application. However, with our mixed model way of working you'll have great work life balance.
