In this role you will be responsible for effectively building and maintaining key relationships across a client portfolio and to lead and take operational ownership of client relationships, working with our stakeholders to build on these relationships and enhance the reputation of Computershare.
You’ll own the relationship through proactive development, navigate conversations with influence, and sometimes of a difficult nature. Taking a holistic approach to each client and their requirements you will work closely on all their activity to ensure client satisfaction and become a driving force behind the operational delivery via EquatePlus.
Host and facilitate regular client meetings to review service & provide project updates including MI, you’ll hold the knowledge and confidence to discuss your clients queries there and then. Whilst also provide positive commercial negotiation and contract management discussion.

What skills do you have?
As an experienced candidate you’ll have strong relationship management knowledge ideally from a financial services or similar background.
Key to this role is a need for excellent communications skills both verbally and written, with great competence of interacting at all levels. Strong ability to build and develop rapport and relationships, and ability to articulate updates and concepts to a wide variety of audiences with conviction and detail.
Excellent organizational skills, being able to deliver within SLA’s and strict deadlines, whilst managing multiple complex activities through problem solving skills. Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base, whilst handling key objections and challenges with ease.
