Job Description
  • You will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to
  • all customers. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD’s, stock levels, quotes
  • and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers. A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests
  • from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • To be well organized and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team
  • To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
  • Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and
