Job Description
- You will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to
- all customers. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD’s, stock levels, quotes
- and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers. A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests
- from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.
