Job Description
  • Utilize customer, shopper and brand insights to develop compelling customer propositions for the  portfolio
  • Lead and achieve effective sales strategies for the account Portfolio
  • Measure and evaluate all sales driver activity, customer satisfaction and communicate results internally and externally
  • Provide the gold standard for the formulation of strategy and execution of account plans with the Team
  • Ensure that performance reporting systems are used to forecast, monitor and manage the business in a consistently accurate way
  • Effectively use tools to ensure preferred supplier status, competitive advantage and category captaincy to deliver mutual benefits and results
  • Lead the negotiation of Spirits related commercial arrangements within the Trade Term guidelines

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You 'll be the decision maker for the customer Spirits proposition, detailed account activity plans and creative proposition, any course correction/investment level adjustments required, detailed elements of and the customer contact plan.
  • You 'll be leading the business Performance management process by determining the level of stock required with customer to achieve the agreed plan
  • You 'll determine the best opportunities to manage cost and maximise value at an account level
  • Resolution and closure of all customer claims and disputes
  • Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship working collaboratively with the account lead and our customers to deliver successful outcomes for our brands and the customer
  • Accurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims and deductions
  • You have 5+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG environment and an ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills capability.
  • You're experienced in engaging cross functionally with senior leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of substantial financial budgets.
  • You're highly numerical with experience in development of profitable customer propositions and you have a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures.
  • You're able to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • You have a full clean driving license.
