Job Description

You will be responsible for exchanging multiple major and exotic currencies from around the world ensuring you engage with the customer to match their needs to the right offer. You will need to be accurate and have excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for individuals who are sales motivated, energetic, numerate, responsible and reliable and can demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure. You would be providing a professional, fast, friendly and efficient service to our valued customers.
You will work on a rotated shift pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 12 hours per day: Monday – Sunday between the hours of 03.00 – 22.00 (subject to change during peak periods).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be required to provide a 5 year employment reference history in order to meet airport airside pass requirements.
We are looking for people with the following skills, however full training is provided;

• Minimum 1 year proven Sales experience 
• Minimum 1 year proven Customer Service experience
• Minimum 1 year proven Cash Handling experience 
• Ability to speak multiple languages would be an advantage
