Job Description

Working closely with the new starter team to help maintain the onboarding schedule, and working with the leaver team to assist in recovering equipment and processing account closures in a timely manner. Support will be provided to a diverse user base and other support Government departments/ALBs.

You will:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the wider team
  • Process service requests
  • Rotate between assigned tasks
  • Manage assets within our ITSM
  • Track service requests, prioritizing as necessary and resolving within agreed timescales
  • Manage/maintain schedules for joiners/leavers
  • Work collaboratively across the Technology pillar and wider IT Team, ensuring internal processes are delivered efficiently and reviewed and updated as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A passion for providing high levels of customer service
  • Experience of working in an office environment or have similar customer oriented transferable skills that can adapt to an IT service environment
  • Experience with maintaining spreadsheets / google sheets
  • The ability to maintain both a user and service focus by taking ownership.
  • A desire to develop your skills, knowledge and experience
  • A desire for continual service improvement
