Job Description
You will receive excellent training and support from our training manager and the wider team.
- Consistently delivering a high-quality customer service experience to patients and healthcare professionals
- Keeping accurate records
- Ensuring patient expectations are met in a timely and efficient way
- Effectively managing and resolving queries
- Identifying and challenging areas for improvement
Working Hours
- Varied 7.5 hour shifts on Rota system between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
- Primarily 8:45am – 5pm with 45 minute lunch break
- Average of 2 shifts per month - 8:00am - 4:15pm (assigned via monthly Rota)
- Average of 2 shifts per month - 11:45am - 8:00pm (assigned via monthly Rota)
- Occasional Saturday morning working - 9am - 1pm (roughly one in every 8-12 weeks).
