Job Description
  • All daily / weekly /monthly activities are completed in line with contractual / warehouse deadlines thus preventing unnecessary costs to the business e.g. same days
  • Bespoke contractual obligations are followed
  • Contract KPI financial penalties are avoided
  • Prescription processes are adhered to and debt controlled
  • Pumps (Medical Devices) are managed appropriately to maximize patient safety
  • All complaints are investigated thoroughly by identifying the route cause and steps put in place to prevent a repeat occurrence

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • People Management experience including performance management, people development and applying employment legislation
  • Experience of working within a Customer Services environment
  • Complaint handling
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work well in fast paced and challenging environment
  • Ability to priorities work load and work under pressure
  • Experience of coaching to develop and enhance performance
  • Resource planning experience
  • Enhanced excel and data reporting skills
