You will utilize a range of in-house IT systems to provide a class-leading service to our customers and ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
You’ll join our Correspondence Team, dealing with a diversity of written enquiries received through post, email, website, or social media channels. Initially you will specialize in one subject area, but over time you will develop your product knowledge through our structured training programme, building a suite of skills across a wide range of services including our call Centre.
This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same. Providing services on behalf of our clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who are keen to provide outstanding customer service, have good attention to detail and want to ensure that Computershare maintains its excellent reputation.
