Some experience in customer service previously would be helpful but really we're looking for a bright, inquisitive and engaged team member to fit in with the relaxed working environment, as we provide a bespoke service to our patients. This would possibly suit a recent graduate looking to build a career or an experienced Case Manager or Customer Service Advisor looking for something a bit different. We are looking for someone keen, motivated and detail orientated, with a good head for figures.
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch break Monday – Friday
