You will be the front face of our HR Advisory service and act as the initial point of contact for HR related queries. This is a varied role and you will be responsible for receiving, evaluating and recording enquiries made in person, by email or telephone about a wide spectrum of HR processes and policies. You will also provide information to resolve the query wherever possible or progress it through the relevant channels, maintaining oversight to ensure its timely resolution.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals across our organization, providing advice and policy guidance to ensure that our people have the best possible experience at work. This role will suit you if you are enthusiastic about providing a good customer service and have the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely in both spoken and written format. This role will provide you with the opportunity to evidence your initiative and ability to meet deadlines, priorities workloads and work independently.
A good knowledge of using a range of computer packages (including Microsoft Office) is essential as is a basic knowledge of HR and/or administration work. We are keen to meet with individuals who bring transferable skills and experience from other organizations and life experiences.
