Job Description

We’re offering you a 35-hour week with shift patterns running from Monday to Friday between 8am -to 6pm. As well as no weekend or evening working, we offer a hybrid working model which means that once you’re up to speed you can work from the comfort of your own home for up to 50% of the time.
To help you become the best you can be, we provide a 16-week comprehensive training programme that includes a mixture of classroom and hands-on experience. And when the training is complete, we’ll provide a supportive learning environment so you can confidently start your underwriting journey. Your line manager will also support you to build a personal development plan which you can expect to have conversations about all year round.

This role is never about getting through calls quickly, but as a strong team player, you always strive to achieve high quality standards and output, even when challenged and working under pressure.
Used to putting customers first you readily consider their requirements and quickly develop long-lasting relationships.
You’ll ideally:

  • Be customer-focused with a strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to make rational and logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Actively respond to customer’s needs and develop lasting relationships.
