Job Description

You will be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to learners and clients across a variety of sectors via inbound and outbound telephone calls, and offering the best possible to service to all. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to queries from potential and existing customers
  • advising existing and new clients/learners on appropriate courses to suit them /their job role
  • encouraging existing customers to sign up their employees for apprenticeships
  • qualifying all opportunities to ensure they are fully eligible for funding / suitable to be signed up
  • maintaining accurate data using CRM system
  • support with booking appointments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A polite, confident and friendly telephone manner / ability to build relationships
  • Experience of results orientated / pressurised environment.
  • Good working knowledge of ms office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Attention to detail / ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
