Job Description

Working in this customer focused role, your duties will include:

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Chasing and processing quotes
• Following up orders with customers
• Liaising with suppliers and checking stock
• Maximising sales at every opportunity and helping to expand the customer base by identifying and developing new accounts.
• At busy times you may be required to help serve on the trade counter

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills
• Self- motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good numerical skills.
• An interest in mechanical services including electronics and plumbing would be an advantage but not essential.
