Job Description

You will be the first point of contact and will be assisting with day to day enquires face to face, via email and over the telephone, greeting and signposting visitors who visit. Taking visitors to their meetings and Appointments on the 1st floor. This will be the main part of the role and will entail a lot of climbing up and down stairs daily.

You’ll also undertake a range of clerical duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, filing, and other activities as requested. You will be a people person, with the ability to communicate with the customers and visitors. You’ll need to be able to engage with people from a wide variety of backgrounds as the face of the business, creating a fantastic first impression.
