Job Description

Duties
*Producing service charge monthly and quarterly accounts
*Accruals and Pre Payments
*Expenditure reports
*VAT returns
*Producing monthly rental statements and any further information for clients
*Supporting with production of budgets
*Bank reconciliations
*Production of cash flow

The Person
*Previous industry experience is advantageous
*Strong Excel skills
*AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA PQ
*Full-time or Part-time (20) hours will be considered
*Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
*Experience working in a fast paced environment
