Job Description

You will support the support the day to day running of the site ensuring the needs are fully met of the owners on site including:

  • Ensuring an effective maintenance service
  • Organising social events
  • Creating a warm and always inviting atmosphere for the owners and families
  • Work alongside the property manager to ensure maintenance is up to date
  • Keeping records and administrative tasks correct and filed correctly

In terms of your background to suit this role, it really is as much about character fit as experience, however my client has found that people with experience in roles such as cabin crew, hospitality staff and even estate agents. This is a permanent position working 18 hours a week over 3 days between Friday and Monday (between 8am and 8pm). 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Professional, organised, and proactive with excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in working on their own ensuring they can prioritise your workload as required
  • From a customer facing background with a good knowledge of what exceptional customer service looks like
  • Happy to assist with and support maintenance, dealing with contractors as required
  • Experienced with IT systems, and be happy to learn and develop as needed
