Job Description
- Responsible for achieving retail sales targets throughout our authorised distribution and ensuring growth by door
- Build strong professional relationships with Store Managers, Sales Managers, Buyers & key decision makers in store. To ensure optimum working partnerships in the development of business.
- Educate/empower the Consultant sales force via in-store coaching - selling skills and product knowledge.
- Inspire, educate and motivate Business/Account Managers, Consultants and Specialists
- Ensure our Fragrance only marketing calendar is activated in all Fragrance only stockists while ensuring the brand image is always protected
- Audit of new applicants to our Authorised Retail network as required
- Manage the net/retail relationship (and thus stock in trade) by door. Ensure that the inventory mix at the point of sale appropriately reflects the retail trend and complies with company range stocking requirements
