Job Description
Our well known client are looking for someone on a temporary ongoing basis to assist their team with customer service and administrative duties.
- Coordinating with engineers and customers
- Arranging installation of equipment with engineers
- Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
- Maintaining customer records
- Maintain the equipment database with all relevant certificates, service records and invoices
- Liaise with specialist subcontractors
