Our well known client are looking for someone on a temporary ongoing basis to assist their team with customer service and administrative duties.

  • Coordinating with engineers and customers
  • Arranging installation of equipment with engineers
  • Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Maintain the equipment database with all relevant certificates, service records and invoices
  • Liaise with specialist subcontractors
