Your New Role

As incoming Senior Management Accountant you will support the Financial Controller in all their duties, this will include: delivering commercial finance support; initiate process improvements to streamline efficiencies; conduct financial analysis and advise Directors and senior management; maintain compliance with all financial controls. 

Your Previous Experience

You will be an experienced management accountant with a wealth of experience, you will be able to produce integrated financial models, recommend cost reduction strategies with zero impact on the quality of products and services and you should have experience communicating at Board level on Finance related matters, including strategies for improving business performance. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive management accounting, financial management and consulting, analysis and reporting, performance monitoring and process improvement experience acquired in multiple sectors. The chosen candidate will be skilled in providing leadership and collaborating with management teams to drive the continued achievement of organisational objectives. 

At this stage my client are happy to consider Part-Qual, Qual & QBE however the salary offered will vary depending on experience.
