Job Description

They are looking for a Business Analyst to support and maintain our existing integrations and build market leading new integrations with their new 365 product on the Microsoft Power Platform. This Business Analyst will be a key member of the Product team working day to day with developers, testers and other analysts while building relationships with customers, technology suppliers and investment platforms.

Their ideal candidate is service-oriented and cares about the impact of their work, both within the business and with the end customer. The perfect candidate must also embrace challenges and thrive when working within a close-knit team environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential

• Ability to manage your own time and workload.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences.
• Good relationship building skills, ability to collaborate with others.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Data security and GDPR knowledge.

Beneficial

• UK financial planning industry systems.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle and the Scrum Framework. .
• Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar.
