Job Description
- Take responsibility for greenfield Agile business analysis and project delivery
- Take on coordination of resources within Technology team as well as working with other departments and clients, to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Work closely with developers, being able to discuss questions and issues on a detailed but not necessarily technical and architectural level, understanding of databases and data query languages (SQL Server)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of software testing principals, ability to do high level testing and support testers in terms of requirement details
- Business Analyst skills in a greenfield project
- Understanding of databases and data query languages (SQL Server) is a must
- Agile Project Management Experience
- Worked directly with developer facilitating refinement sessions, running sprint planning, stand-ups and monitoring project progress
