Job Description
As the Systems Support Analyst you will be responsible for the variety of systems (such as FSI Concept, SharePoint and MyCAD) as well as assisting with projects within the Estates Business Service (EBS) team. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager, but working alongside Project Managers and IT Support Managers.
While some of the programs are bespoke, most are commonly used in the estates and facilities management world so shouldn't be a surprise if you've worked in this sector.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be someone who has 2nd and 3rd line support experience as well as being confident working with SQL. You'll also be knowledgeable on SSRS and SSIS, as well as having some experience within system implementation, as this is a hands on role.
