Job Description

You will work proactively towardsboth individual and store targets by completing all transactions in an accurateand timely manner, whilst demonstrating your excellent product knowledge tocustomers on key promotions and offers. You will ensure you maximise allselling opportunities to really drive the sales for the Post Office, not onlymeeting but exceeding KPIs!
You will be on hand to answer any customer queries but also, ensuring alladministration is completed effectively and adhering to security measures atall times will play a key part in your role.
Along with previous customer service experience, you will have strongcommunication skills and a high level of numeracy. Exceptional accuracy andattention to detail will ensure you can be a successful Counter Clerk, as willyour level of initiative to identify those important selling opportunities. Aconfident nature, with a positive outlook will ensure you can liase with adiverse customer base and cross sell the brilliant products and promotions thePost Office has to offer.
Successful candidates for this role will need to provide five years continuousreferencing and consent to undertake a criminal record check.
