Job Description
This role will give you exposure to help grow and develop your technical skills within commercial insurance and could be the platform you are looking for to progress your career! You will be responding to enquires and requests from existing customers across a range of commercial insurance products, and retain business by building customer loyalty and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Achieving all agreed operational and performance targets using all available tools e.g. PUA, DUA, Underwriting Guides
- Delivering a high level of Customer satisfaction by providing a phenomenal service and getting it right first time
- Understanding and delivering good Customer conduct and consistently achieving the right outcome for our Customers
- Providing our Customers with the right information about our products and services to help them make informed decisions
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Taking ownership and deal with Customer complaints in a professional and caring manner, following the accurate process for a successful Customer outcome
- Identifying and escalating issues and participate in any problem solving which will make it easier for our Customers, improving our business, or reducing/eliminating risks to our business
- Handling Customer calls as efficiently as possible by working to eliminate waste both during and after each call, whilst adhering to your schedules
