Job Description

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, store colleagues and management
  • Engaging with customers, asking lifestyle questions, and recommending products based on this
  • Promoting and representing the brand and products to store teams and customers
  • Conducting product knowledge training sessions for all in store teams; including training on features and benefits as well as selling skills and may include demonstrating products
  • Making the store an outstanding retail experience
  • Maintaining brand, visual and operational standards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced working in a customer facing role, retail, or sales
  • Personable, outgoing, engaging, and energetic
  • Confident with the ability to communicate to customers, colleagues, and staff at all levels

  • Self-motivated and a fast learner
