Lead and manage the Finance functions based in the EMEA region
Production and review of monthly financials, including sales analysis reports, ARR, and revenue recognition
Support the production of the annual P&L budget; Collate sales budgets monthly; Create forecasts to revise the end of the financial year P&L expectations, as well as extract other data and provide ad hoc financial reports when needed
Completion of ledgers for statutory financial statements reporting and liaising with auditors to ensure the successful audit is completed for each accounting period
Responsible for timely tax filing and payments including providing forecast information for the UK Corporation
Responsible for cash management, including reviewing weekly and creating long-range cash flow
Managing multiple currencies, purchasing foreign currency, and making international payments as and when required
Review payroll amendments provided by Human Resources for both the UK and European payrolls and review subsequent payroll reports to ensure correct as well as ensure employees and taxes are paid correctly
Complete year-end P11d’s tax forms
Assist in establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Experience of working in global companies
Good data analytical skills
Team player, approachable and adaptable
Knowledge in UK GAAP as well as IFRS
Experience in strategic planning and a strong desire for continuous improvement
Good working knowledge of all UK taxes
Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change
Change management skills to ensure department processes are challenged and reviewed
