Job Description
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities & implementing solutions which continually improve the customer experience
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Accurate and timely input of customer orders via our operational systems
  • Proactive and timely updates to customers on their deliveries
  • Build effective and lasting customer relationships with customers & 3rd party providers through high levels of service delivery and problem solving
  • Proactively, creatively, and effectively manage customer complaints ensuring they are resolved in a timely, cost effective and appropriate manner
  • Undertake a range of administrative/sales duties as and when required
  • Achieve all targets set by the Sales & Operations departments
  • Assist in driving business growth through Sales campaigns, alternative and substituted products, promotions on excess or soon to be discontinued stock

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 2-years' experience within a Customer Service, Operational or Sales environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Exceptional levels of Customer Service/ throughout the entire sales process
  • Demonstratable experience in "going the extra mile"
  • Ability to focus on solutions rather than problem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand process and procedure and where required recommend improvements
  • Time management and prioritises workload effectively
