Job Description

Ensuring coordinated sales activities, leveraging the Regional/Country Sales Managers and Account Managers, as well as the COE & Country LOB/Engineering team. The key deliverable will be to define strategies and initiatives to win new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for customer Relationship Management (Existing & New Clients) 
  • You will be responsible for pipeline Development
  • You will develop New Accounts and position Honeywell as their Automation Partner 
  • You will develop Strategies along with Local & APAC leadership teams to win Projects
  • You will maximize competitive wins by understanding the competition’s portfolio and strategies 
  • You will become an internal coach/SME to SM’s/AMs on Pharma Industry & their key requirements
  • You will need to develop an eco-system around Honeywell including Partners/SI, EPC, End Users & OEM’

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Electrical or any relevant engineering studies. 
  • You will need extensive experience in Industrial Automation 
  • You will need to be very experienced in sales / business development.
  • You will need experience within the Life Sciences Industry.
