Job Description

You will provide first line support to all our customers consisting of tenants, clients, contractors and other external parties whilst working closely with our internal teams, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and effectively. You will form part of our managing properties team, responsible for handling maintenance queries, serving notices when required to tenants and helping our properties attract the maximum rental. You will provide an excellent standard of customer service ensuring our tenants and property owners are happy, whilst maintaining professionalism and working to our company and statutory regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As this can be a heavily customer focused role we require you to have experience of giving excellent customer service as with this role you will work closely with our tenants and landlords.

Experience working within the property sector is not a requirement for this role, however here we strive to give you the skills to become an expert in your field by providing full support and training to ensure you are fully prepared to take on this role.
