In accounts where turnover and number of team members warrant the extra responsibility, a Business Manager may be appointed to take on the task of managing the account efficiently and effectively, promoting business objectives as appropriate as well as ensuring that the team and the account achieve and exceed set sales targets by providing excellent customer service at all times.
