Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator role requires you to:

  • Deal with incoming calls, speaking to customers to resolve any technical issues
  • Following a set of on screen instructions
  • Keep customers informed of order progress at all times, via verbal, electronic and written formats
  • Resolve any issues to ensure prompt manufacture and delivery, reporting of issues to the Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will need to be confident in dealing with customers, articulate on the telephone and an excellent communicator.
  • You will be passionate about customer service and have:
  • Confidence in using in house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records
  • Able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Working in a Customer Service environment would be desirable
