You will create an environment that is friendly, welcoming and supportive of its customers and colleagues and will ensure outstanding levels of customer service are always adopted

You will be the first contact for our members and prospective members. You will deal with all enquiries from both prospective and current members via phone, email and face to face and will administer bookings and process payments accurately.
